This series consists of a register of survey plans for land lots in the County of Palmerston. An approved survey plan was required for the registration of all new land titles. The register is divided into nine sections labelled for the following Hundreds; Ayers, Bagot, Bray, Cavenagh, Colton, Goyder, Guy, Strangways, and Waterhouse. Each page is divided into the following columns; orig. description, CT, survey plan, public plan, subdivision description, and remarks. The remarks column was used to record whether the land was freehold (F/H), subdivided into specific lot numbers, or transferred for a special purpose (eg, recreation reserve, or roads).
